The Aflatoxin Rapid Test Card is used to detect aflatoxin B1 residues in grains, feed, grains and oils.
This product applies the principle of competitive inhibition of colloidal gold immunochromatography. When the sample solution falls into the sample well, the aflatoxin B1 in the sample solution binds to the gold-labeled antibody to prevent the gold-labeled antibody from binding to the aflatoxin B1 conjugate on the cellulose membrane. When the content of aflatoxin B1 in the sample solution is greater than the detection limit, the detection line does not show color and the result is positive; when the content of aflatoxin B1 in the sample solution is less than the detection limit, the detection line is purple and the result is negative.
