The high-speed homogenizer is designed to produce a powerful hydrodynamic shearing effect through high-speed shearing force and rapid dispersion, so that the material sucked from the bottom of the rotor can be sprayed through the stator.

Since the minimum processing volume can be 1ml, it is only used for saccharification, medical diagnosis, quality supervision, micro-dispersion, emulsification and homogenization. It is an ideal choice for pretreatment of micro samples.
For materials that are easy to clean, add an appropriate amount of detergent, make the dispersing head run at a medium speed for 1-5 minutes, then rinse with water, and then dry with a soft cloth.
For materials that are difficult to clean, it is recommended to use solvents for cleaning, but they should not be immersed in corrosive solvents for a long time.
In order to perform high-demand cleaning, please use a disassembly tool to remove the rotor and shaft for careful cleaning.
